Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Turnaround:

     We manufacture all of our item’s after purchase. Most orders are shipped within 72hrs of order. Estimated lead times are displayed in item details section of the product. Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

     USPS

Order Tracking:

     If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:

     The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders:

     If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns:

     If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our "Stocked" items use our "Contact Us" option describing reason for return. We will contact you within 24hrs via phone or email provided to issue authorization. "All return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser". If item is being returned for exchange due to manufacturing defect, purchaser to pay return and new item shipping will be paid by us.
     Sorry there are no "Returns" on custom or personalized items unless said items are defective and arrangements and authorization has been agreed upon by our Customer Service.
     Personalized or Custom products that are damaged, worn, or in need of replacement parts may be available at a discounted price subject to contacting us first.
